How to limit number of posts in blog

You can limit the number of posts on your blogger page by following the below steps:

Step 1:

Login in your blogger account.

Then , click on " Layout ".

Step 2:

In " Blog Posts " section, click on " Edit ".




Step 3:

Enter the number in the text box beside  " Number of posts on main page ",



Then, Click on " Save ".


This will limit the number of posts on the main page.

How to change the html option in blogspot

Some New bloggers select Html by mistake while composing a new post.
But, don't know how to deselect html option.

In this post , I will tell to how to deselect html option while composing new post in blogspot.

Step 1:

Click on " New Post " in your blog.

Step 2:

Click on " Compose " as shown in below image.
















Now, you can happily compose your new article/post with out html.

How to add a new post on blogspot

Step 1:

Signin in Blogger.com

http://www.blogger.com/

Step 2:

Click on " Create New Post "  (Beside your blog title)















Step 3:

Enter Blog title, contents. Then , Click on " Publish "



















After you click on Publish, your post will appear in your blog.

How to delete blog

Step 1:
Signin in Blogger.com

Step 2:

Click on " Settings " from the drop down



 Step 3:

Click on " Other  "



Step 4:

Click on " Delete Blog "

How to terminate yahoo account

Step 1:

Click on the below link. This will directly take you to yahoo account termination page.

Enter your mail id and password.

Step 3:

Enter the validation text and click on " Terminate this Account "


How to terminate gmail account

Step 1:

Signin into google account or gmail account.

Step 2:

Click on Account




Step 3:

Click on "Close entire account and delete all services and info associated with it"



Step 4:

Enter all the required information and click on "DELETE GOOGLE ACCOUNT"



Now, your google or gmail account will be deleted.

How to append 2 columns in excel

Its very simple to append or combine data in 2 or more different columns in excel. Here is an example:

I have 3 columns : First Name, Mid Name and Last Name.
Now, I will tell you how to append/combine data from these 3 columns.

Step 1:

Select the row where you want to place the combined data .

Put the cursor in that row.




If you want to append A2,B2 and C2 data , then Type : A2&B2&C2 and press Enter

& is the concatenation character in excel.





















Step 2:

If you want the same concatenation to be applied to the remaining rows also, then place the cursor on that row and drag it till the end.



Now, concatenated data is prepared.



Step 3:

If you want to add some character in between along with the data in the columns then use that character in quotation and append it.

Suppose if you want to add space character between First name and Middle Name , Middle Name and Last Name , then use the following formula: A2&" "&B2&" "&C2

How to submit url to google

STEP 1:

Go  to google url submission site:

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

STEP 2:

Provide your blog url details in google url submission site.



STEP 3:

Following message will appear after you submit your url.



After few days your url will be indexed in google. This will enhance the chances for better visibility for your site.

How to insert gif signature in yahoo mail ?

STEP 1:

Go to Options (which is at the left corner in the mail. See Below image for reference.)

Select Mail Options




STEP 2:

Click on Signature tab in Mail Options.

STEP 3:

Select "Show a rich text signature" from the drop down.

STEP 4:

Open the gif image which you want to use as signature in Internet explorer.
Then Copy the image and Paste it in the signature.




Now, your gif image is ready to be used as signature. Enjoy!!

How to recover deleted mails from outlook 2010

STEP 1:

Go to Folder Tab  -- > Recover Deleted Items

STEP 2:

Select the mail or mails that you want to recover. Then Press recover icon. ( Which is at the top : Step 2 in the below figure)



How to create a new pst file in outlook 2010

STEP 1:

Go to Home  tab in Outlook 2010 --> New Items --> More Items --> Outlook Data File






















STEP 2: Following dialogue box will appear.
Give some name to your PST mail folder and click ok.




STEP 3:  Enter password to make your PST mail box secure and click ok.



STEP 4:  Now, your New PST will appear in Outlook 2010.

How to insert gif images in Outlook 2010


Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 does not support gif images.

You can not insert gif images in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007. Even if we insert gif images in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 , that will appear as normal image and effect will not be appear.

But, Outlook support sending the gif images as an attachment.

Also, we can view the gif images in outlook2010 if we receive them from somebody else. But, we cannot send them as an inline image in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007.

Outlook 2010 and 2007 does not support gif images as signatures.

Step 1:   Click on New Email


Step 2:  Go to Insert Tab -- > Signature

 


Step 3:  Click on Signatures...

A dialogue box with name "Signatures and Stationery " Will be opened.

Step 4:    Click New button . Give some name to the signature that you want to add.




Step 5: Click on Insert Image option in the Editor. Then , Select the image that you want to use as signature



Step 6:  Click OK


Now, you can send you image signature to your friends.
